Entrance Hall

A covered porch leads to an entrance hall with toilet room. This leads to an Open Plan Lounge, Dining area and Kitchen.

      Main Lounge & Dining area

The main lounge is open plan with a fully fitted new kitchen and dining area for up to 12 + people.

It has a large handmade burr oak table and a large solid oak coffee table made from a slice of a tree from Buith Wells.

Wood Burner in Main Lounge. New in 2024 

 A brand new modern wood burner. Perfect for those cozy winter nights in.

Main Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, microwave, washing machine and American style fridge freezer and breakfast bar.

Beautifully finished with solid oak worktops perfect for catering for large families or groups.

Second Lounge & Kitchen/Laundry 

The second lounge leads onto the Bedroom 5. It has its own kitchen/laundry, TV. Ideal for those who want their own space. As grandparents we use it when all the kids come for our own space.

The Lodge Bedrooms

The Main Lodge has 5 bedrooms. Four of which are en-suite.

Bedroom 1.

Downstairs En-Suite Double - Sleeps 2

The ground floor bedroom is ideal for people with limited mobility having its own en-suite.

Bedroom 2.

Upstairs En-Suite Double - Sleeps 2

 This room has a double bed and its own en-suite shower wash basin and toilet.

Bedroom 3.

Upstairs Bunk Room - Sleeps 4 +

Ideal for the kids. This room contains 4 single beds one of which is a bunk.

This room can have another bed added making 5 beds. Please ask Stuart if you need an extra bed in this room.

Bedroom 4.

Upstairs En-Suite Double + Single bed Sleeps 3

Situated at the back of the property this double en-suite room also has a single bed ideal for those with young children.

Bedroom 5. 

Downstairs  En-Suite Double + Single bed  - Sleeps 3

Situated at the back of the property on the ground floor, this double en suite room also has a single bed ideal for those with young children.

Family bathroom with Separate Shower

The family bathroom with its floating effect bath, toilet, sink and heated towel rail, has a full shower cubicle with multi spray heads.

Landing Reading area

There is also a small seating area at the top of the stairs again with lovely views and access via French windows to the sun terrace.

       Upstairs Snug & Dining Area

The second upstairs lounge makes the most of the wonderful views over the bay and leads out onto an upstairs balcony with covered sitting areas and an uncovered area for the sun worshipers.

The snug has its own dining area with a drinks fridge -ideal for the balcony.

Covered Balcony

The main balcony is covered and has a Rattan seating and table. Ideal for getting together outside even if its raining.

Sun Terrace

The balcony extends across the front of the property to provide a sun terrace. Ideal for those sun worshipers amongst you.

Fire Pit

In the front garden, there's a lovely fire pit, complemented by a swing seat.
